Shalini Ranjan – Programme Manager (Bihar and Jharkhand)
Shalini has a bachelor’s degree in English Lit and her master’s in Social Work from Department of Social Work, University of Delhi. Post that she joined Tata Institute of Social Sciences as a Young Professional. Later she joined Mahatma Gandhi Sewa Ashram, Gwalior. Her Job role mainly focused upon capacity building of grass-root organization and fundraising in order to lead these organizations towards sustainability. Her deep-rooted passion of working on grass root level has brought her to Prayatna wherein she assumed the post of Programme Manager for Bihar and Jharkhand
