My name is Ashvinkumar J Luhar and I am from Ahmedabad. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and have over 10 years of experience in the healthcare and livelihood social development sector. Throughout my career, I have taken on a variety of impactful roles, including: Health Trainer (ASHA Modules 6 and 7): Provided health education and capacity-building sessions for ASHA workers to enhance their knowledge and skills in community healthcare. Mobile Health Unit (MHU) Project: Played an active role in delivering primary healthcare services to underserved and remote communities. DRTB Counselor: Offered counseling support to drug-resistant TB patients, with a focus on treatment adherence and psychological well-being. Also collaborated with NGOs to ensure nutritional support and additional care for patients. Gender Specialist – District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW) Project: Conducted gender sensitization trainings and promoted gender equality. Provided detailed guidance on various government welfare schemes related to women and child development. 

Currently, I am working as a District Project Manager (DPM) in Ahmedabad through Prayatna organization . In this role, I oversee a team of 4 direct and 220 indirect staff members across three districts Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Mahisagar. I am responsible for supervising all processes related to Sakhi Mandals from initiation to completion. My responsibilities include team management, coordination, livelihood promotion, financial planning, training, and project implementation
