Mobin Monachan

I am a passionate social worker specializing in the livelihood sector, with a strong focus on promoting sustainable economic development and social inclusion. Over the past several years, I have worked closely with rural and urban communities to design and implement programs that enhance income generation, vocational skills, and entrepreneurship opportunities. My work involves mobilizing community members, conducting needs assessments, and collaborating with local institutions, NGOs, and government bodies to develop tailored livelihood interventions.

With hands-on experience in capacity building, market linkages, and micro-enterprise development, I aim to empower individuals—particularly women and youth—to achieve economic self-reliance. I am also committed to integrating social equity and environmental sustainability into all aspects of program planning and execution.
