Rupam - Assistant Program Manager
Rupam is a social professional with a postgraduate degree in MBA (Rural Development) and six years of experience in program management and community development. As an Assistant Programme Manager in Prayatna, she implements initiatives focused on livelihood and environmental awareness, overseeing training planning and the development of training modules to enhance project effectiveness.
She has worked with UPSRLM, leading projects in social mobilization, capacity building, farm and non-farm livelihoods, bank linkage, and MIS for Self-Help Groups. Additionally, at the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India), she focused on hygiene education through School WASH, menstrual hygiene management, and eco-friendly practices in schools. Rupam’s expertise includes project planning, training development, and stakeholder engagement, reflecting her commitment to sustainable community empowerment and health initiatives.
