Sandeep Kumar – IT Manager
Sandeep Kumar is presently employed as an IT Manager at Prayatna. With a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Bundelkhand University, Sandeep brings a strong technical foundation to his role, complemented by extensive hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure management, enterprise applications, and technical support.
Having joined Prayatna in September 2024 as an IT Officer, Sandeep demonstrated consistent dedication and technical excellence, earning a promotion to IT Manager in July 2026. In this role, he oversees the end-to-end IT operations at Prayatna, with a focus on strengthening and scaling IT infrastructure to support the organisation’s mission. He specialises in L1/L2 technical support, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN), HRMS configuration, and IT asset management. He has led key initiatives including migration of email systems to Microsoft 365, setup and administration of Google Workspace for Nonprofits, deployment of CCTV and live tracking systems across multiple field locations, and implementation of custom ticketing and inventory management systems. He is also actively building expertise in Azure cloud services (AZ-900) and enterprise networking environments.
Prior to joining Prayatna, Sandeep served as an SDS Associate at Amazon India, where he honed his skills in logistics management, data-driven optimisation, and SLA compliance using real-time tracking and performance dashboards. He also worked as a Technical Content Writer at NATTLabs, where he developed user guides, troubleshooting documentation, and provided first-level IT support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Sandeep’s proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Python, networking, and web technologies, combined with his analytical mindset and commitment to operational excellence, continues to drive impactful results in support of Prayatna’s vision.
