Sanjay Kumar Sharma is a development professional with over 8 years of experience in program implementation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement across health, education, skill development, and livelihood sectors.
He holds a Master of Social Work (MSW), PGDRD, PGDUPDL, BBA, and PGDCA, combining academic knowledge with practical expertise to design and implement impactful programs.
Currently serving as the Assistant Programme Manager at Prayatna Foundation, Sanjay brings extensive experience in community-based program delivery, management and sustainable outcomes.
At PRATYeK, he manages child rights projects across five states, collaborating with government officials, UNICEF, NCPCR, and other key stakeholders. Previously, at Synergie, he led truck driver training programs in partnership with corporates and government bodies. At Don Bosco-UNHCR, he implemented refugee assistance projects, providing psychosocial support and life skills workshops. During his tenure at Mamta-HIMC, he led district-level health initiatives and awareness activities & campaigns, while at Grameen Sewa Sansthan, he managed health and livelihood projects to ensure community engagement. His expertise spans strategic planning, capacity building, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
